Hawaii Volcanoes National Park

Here is an example of difficulty of access. This is the wild lava tube trip. Only twelve people a week are taken to this site.
This was hike was four miles roundtrip and around a mile in the cave. This cave is still being researched and access to it is controlled.
It's an interesting hike, just prepare yourself to get rained on in the rain forest and dripped on in the cave.
