Air Show Pictures 2007

After missing a year watching the Air and Sea Show, I flew back to Florida to be a part of the festivities and, WOW, am I glad I did. The weather was very nice and I got to see the Raptor fly for the first time. I actually got to see the Raptor fly on four different occasions and was it amazing. There were times that I had to just put my camera down and watch that incredible jet. The Raptor does things that I never thought a jet could do. Two thoughts came to mind, while I was watching the Raptor go through its paces and those were *flying saucer* and *leaf*. If you get a chance to watch the Raptor perform, don't miss the opportunity.

The show wasn't just about the Raptor. Just about every major current American jet put in an appearance, except for the Harrier and the F117 Stealth Bomber. The Thunderbirds performed this year, but I felt their performance was sedate and somewhat standoffish, especially, when comparing their performance to the Blue Angels.
